The next two or three paragraphs are the meat of the article. This is where you give them the details of what you want to say. An easy way to keep your readers attention is to break the article down into bullet points.

For example, if you are promoting a weight loss site you may want to list ten ways to speed up your weight loss. People love lists and they want an article that is easy and quick to read.

It is important that you break the article up into short paragraphs with a lot of white space in between. This makes for a smooth flow and an easier read.

Your writing should be conversational, like you were talking to a friend. No one said that you have to be a literary genius. You just need to be able to convey your ideas in a simple easy to understand manner.

The last paragraph should sum up what the paragraph is about and it should re-state the most important points of the article.

Your article should contain the keywords that you are using to promote your business. You must be careful with these keywords. If you place too many keywords in your article it will be rejected by the article directories for keyword stuffing.

So it is best to use the keyword in the title, then once in each paragraph. The more you write the easier it becomes. Just make sure you always spell check your work and proof read it thoroughly. If possible, have someone proof read your articles for you.

It is very hard for the writer to catch their own mistakes because in their mind they know how the article is supposed to read. If you don’t have someone to help you proof read, try reading all of your articles out loud. This will allow you to see how the article flows and it will help you catch any mistakes.
